Non-Fungible Moons keeps each moon's seed in contract storage (SSTORE) and draws the work in the contract: tokenURI returns on-chain JSON whose image is an SVG data URI of the moon at the current phase and whose animation_url is an HTML page of a whole lunar month, both built from the seed and the block time. The call needs far more gas than public nodes allow, so it runs only on a node with the cap lifted.
