Luchadores keeps every SVG art part and each token's randomly drawn dna in contract storage (SSTORE), and the contract's own imageData() assembles the finished SVG while metadata() wraps it with the traits as JSON. The standard tokenURI points at an off-chain server serving a copy of that JSON, so tools reading only tokenURI see a web link.
